Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the appointment: Full refund
- Cancellations made 2 -3 days before the appointment: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: No refund
- Emergency cancellations (with valid proof): Case-by-case consideration
Wedding & Event Bookings
- Cancellation 30+ days before event: 80% refund
- Cancellation 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation 7-14 days before event: 25% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before event: No refund
Refund Policy
Service Dissatisfaction
- If you're unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours
- We offer service corrections or partial refunds based on the situation
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to makeupartist.rp@gmail.com
Package Refunds
- Pre-wedding packages: Refundable before trial sessions begin
- Destination packages: Subject to travel and accommodation cancellation policies
- Partial services used: Pro-rated refund for unused services
Rescheduling
Appointment Rescheduling
- Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice: ₹500 fee
- Multiple reschedules may require additional deposit
